Next time keep an eye of such plates right infront of the entrance door for some reason they are hard to spot and i have been trolled by it few times myself till i finally.

One is pretty easy to open and i cant for the life of me find out how to open the second.
None of the npcs in the sarn encampment have a quest to give.
