Manufactured in japan in the 1970 s the satellite les paul has attained legendary status amongst a certain guitar players having once been the guitar of choice for many a punk garage outfit in the latter part of the 1970 s due in part to it s affordability but mainly to it s anti prog rock guitar hero image at the time.

Its in great nick looks wise but one of the pick ups is not working but i have been ytold that the pots need soldering so no biggie. I aquired mine from a house i was gutting out for the council. Hi all i aquired a satellite 70s les paul copy a little while back and wondered if it was worth spending time and a little money to get it playable. The electrics have all been replaced along with the humbuckers which are now epiphone vintage probocker these on there own cost around 50 to 60. This plays as good today as then. The guitar does have age related marks but nothing that affects its playability p p please check the photo s as.
